Church+

One platform. Every member. Every gift. Every Sunday.

Software-box-mockup-01

Church+ is a cloud-based church administration and management platform being built for the local church. It is designed as one secure system to bring your members, families, giving, funds, attendance, and reporting together, learnable in an afternoon and trustworthy for the long run.

Church+ is currently in active development and has not yet been released. We are building it from inside the church, not outside of it. The funds, the roles, the reports, and even the language are being shaped to reflect how congregations actually operate. The platform is being designed full-featured, with complete member profiles, gift entry by fund and method, IRS-ready annual giving statements, role-based staff accounts, a full audit trail, and bank-level security, all without the price tag built for megachurches. Excellence every church can afford.

About the Initial Test Group

Testers will receive their own private Church+ installation ahead of public release, hands-on access to features as they are completed, and a direct line to the development team to help shape the platform as it grows. In return, we ask for honest feedback, careful handling of pre-launch information, and your willingness to test with sample data only, never real congregational data, while the platform is being put through its paces.

Because Church+ is still in development, testers should expect that features will evolve, that some functions may be incomplete or change during the test period, and that the platform’s appearance and behavior will continue to be refined as we move toward launch. That is the nature of a true beta, and it is exactly the kind of feedback we need.

How Selection Works

The Initial Test Group is intentionally limited, and we are selecting a small group of churches and ministry organizations whose participation will give Church+ the broadest, most useful feedback before public launch. Submitting this form does not guarantee selection. We will review every submission carefully and reach out personally to those invited to join. If your church is not selected for the Initial Test Group, you will be among the first notified when Church+ opens to the public.

Church+ Initial Test Group Confidentiality and Test Data Agreement

By submitting the form below, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms with Stop Six Corporation, Inc., owner and developer of the Church+ platform (“Church+”), as a condition of joining the Church+ Initial Test Group.

  1. Confidential Information. Everything you see, receive, or learn about Church+ through the Initial Test Group including its features, screens, source code, architecture, security design, pricing, roadmap, launch timing, performance, defects, and any related materials or correspondence is confidential and not yet public.
  2. Your Obligations. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential, to use it solely to evaluate and provide feedback on Church+, and not to disclose, screenshot, publish, post on social media, livestream, or otherwise share it with anyone outside your church or organization without our prior written consent. You may share it internally only with pastors, staff, officers, or board members who need to know and who are likewise bound to keep it confidential.
  3. Scope All Accounts You Create. This Agreement applies not only to your own user account but to every additional user account, sub-account, staff login, administrator account, member account, or other access credential that you create, invite, provision, or authorize within your Church+ test installation. Before granting any person access to your test installation under any such account, you agree to inform them of these terms and to ensure they are bound by obligations of confidentiality and test-data restriction no less protective than those set out here whether through employment, fiduciary duty, church bylaws, or a written acknowledgment. You remain fully responsible for every act and omission of every user accessing your test installation, as if it were your own.
  4. Important Do Not Upload Real or Sensitive Data. The Initial Test Group is a testing environment. While the platform carries the same high-level security architecture as the production release, neither you nor any user you authorize under Section 3 may upload, enter, or store any real, sensitive, personally identifying, or confidential information about actual members, donors, families, or congregational finances into your test installation. This includes, without limitation: real names paired with contact information, actual giving records, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, banking or payment information, medical or pastoral counseling notes, or any other data the disclosure or loss of which could harm any individual or your congregation.
  5. You acknowledge and agree that, during the Initial Test Group, data within your test installation may be accessed, viewed, modified, exported, erased, reset, migrated, or lost in the ordinary course of testing, debugging, demonstration, or platform development. Use only fictional, sample, or non-sensitive test data. Stop Six Corporation, Inc. shall have no liability for any loss, alteration, disclosure, or exposure of any real or sensitive data uploaded by you or by any user you authorize in violation of this section.
  1. Feedback. You agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you or any user you authorize provide about Church+ may be used by us, in the platform or otherwise, without restriction or compensation, though we may credit you as a founding partner with your permission.
  2. No License, No Warranty, No Reverse Engineering. Your access does not transfer any ownership of the platform to you. The platform is provided “as is” for testing and may contain defects. You agree, on behalf of yourself and every user you authorize, not to reverse engineer it, not to use anything learned to build or assist a competing product, and not to share test access with anyone beyond those permitted under Sections 2 and 3.
  3. No Public Statements Before Launch. You agree not to publicly identify yourself as a Church+ tester or reference the platform by name in any public communication before its public launch, without our prior written consent. After launch, you are free (and encouraged) to share your experience.
  4. Term. These obligations begin when you submit this form and continue for three (3) years after your participation in the Initial Test Group ends. Information that constitutes a trade secret remains protected for as long as it remains a trade secret under applicable law.
  5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
  6. Electronic Acceptance. By checking the box below and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms, that you have authority to do so on behalf of your church or organization, and that your electronic submission has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

The selection period has ended.
